Dado on Yamaha R1

My Story

Hi,

My Name Is Dado and this is how it all started.

Majority of my childhood was spent exploring and learning as much as my developing mind would allow. As my curiosity peaked, the will to seek out the "why" and "how" became stronger. One of the most fascinating characteristics that humans have in abundance is curiosity.

"How does it work?" was the question i would frequently ask.

Even though at times I would receive a concise answer, I had to visually see it for myself to fully understand.

When the babysitter would fall asleep it was my time to grab some tools from dad's cabinet and take apart smaller appliances or my brother's train set. After all, I was determined to figure out the intricate mechanical workings of all things regardless of the consequences I would later face. You would think that certain events during my "adventures" would slow me down or make me think twice about putting my well-being at risk. I once attempted to directly wire a remote-control car to a wall outlet after the battery life had depleted. In the European region where we lived 240 volts was the standard. (And it hurt).

My father would build cars with his friends, and I would hang out in the shop pretending I was a mechanical genius. As I studied how things worked by disassembly, I quickly learned the key factors of initial assembly and re-assembly. As I grew older, I acquired many skills and through pure curiosity taught myself many trades. I received a degree in Graphic Design and Fine Arts, learning web development, photography, three-dimensional design, typography, business and marketing.

I was on the path to becoming creative AND understanding how to show it off to others.

My brother started riding Motorcycles and would tinker and build bikes in his spare time. His passion for riding quickly became a weekend hobby as "the men" of the house would take off on the weekends and attend track days where we would watch him and his friends rip around the closed circuit.

I never made it on to the track myself.

I knew the hobby would become an addiction and I had other priorities in life to tackle. I began building my own Motorcycles and buying projects out of mere excitement in hopes that one day I would turn them into incredible pieces of art.

When I was looking to move into a new home, I had one thing on the top of my priority list. Garage.

I purchased a home with a detached building, and I spent a better part of three and a half years building my dream shop.

In 2017 I met a young couple, Jaret Campisi and his girlfriend Christina Khalil, two driven individuals with a passion and a dream. They both took a leap of faith and risked everything in order to begin a life as content creators on social media pursuing a career doing what they love and enjoy. Our friendship quickly grew, and Campisi Customs became a popular name on tv screens all over the world.

So here I am.

Living the Dream.

Building Super bikes (and other cool stuff).

This is where my brand was born.

I currently work a full-time job, run my shop, and build motorcycles in my spare time. Just when i thought i was at the peak of being incredibly busy, I decided it would be great opportunity to make some nice stuff to reflect both brands and showcase some of my creativity.

I would like to thank my Family, my Wife, the Manager (Dozer), Jaret and Christina and all of our friends, patrons and supporters all over the world. Without you all none of this would exist the way it does today.

I hope you enjoyed my story, thank you for stopping by.

Love you all.

-Dado
